Why did Virginia's General Assembly and previous Governors not take care of this? Does ANYBODY understand how much money the State of Virginia has been wasting? How did one woman accomplish this? Why isn't she running for an office? Specifically where do the present candidates stand on this issue? Just got back from vacation…..read the article about Susan
