I am very disappointed that the tickets were sold out in an hour yesterday. I was a volunteer and a supporter of Barack Obama and live in Northern Virginia.

Ditto to reply above. Was not aware of tickets on sale till later in the afternoon. Apparently persons who check their emails during lunch break had the benefit of reading the announcement that was released @ 12 pm.
I still re-registered my name..but again, if I am not at my computer if another “opportunity” pops up could miss out again. Well, at least there is the Emily’s List Luncheon on Sunday January 18. Tickets may still be available

The BlackTie and Blue Dominion Ball will be held on Jan. 19th at the fabulous Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, Virginia. We are celebrating Virginia turning blue. The Commodores and Gentlemen of Leisure will be performing. They are 2 of our President Elect’s favorite bands. Governor Tim Kaine, former Governor L. Douglas Wilder, Atty. General Designate Eric Holder and other notable & surprise guests will be attending.
Social security numbers and/or photo ID’s will be required due to security regulations.
Interested persons should secure their tickets as soon as possible.
